Memaafkan dan Berpaling dari Orang Bodoh – Kajian kitab Riyadhus Shalihin bab ke 74 oleh Al-Ustadz Abu Ilyas Agus Su’aidi حفظه الله di Masjid Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, Jojoran, Surabaya.

Didalamnya membahas mengenai dalil-dalil berikut ini:

Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman :

خُذِ ٱلْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِٱلْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ ٱلْجَـٰهِلِينَ ١٩٩
“Jadilah engkau pemaaf dan suruhlah orang mengerjakan yang ma’ruf, serta berpalinglah
dari pada orang-orang yang bodoh.”
(QS. Al-‘A`rāf, ayat 199)

Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman :

فَٱصْفَحِ ٱلصَّفْحَ ٱلْجَمِيلَ ٨٥
“Maka maafkanlah (mereka) dengan maaf yang baik.”
(QS. Al-Hijr, ayat 85)

Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman :

وَلْيَعْفُوا۟ وَلْيَصْفَحُوٓا۟ ۗ أَلَا تُحِبُّونَ أَن يَغْفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ ٢٢
“dan hendaklah mereka memaafkan dan berlapang dada. Apakah kamu tidak ingin bahwa Allah mengampunimu? Dan Allah adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang”
(QS. An-Nur, ayat 22)

Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman :

وَٱلْعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ
“dan memaafkan (kesalahan) orang. Allah menyukai orang-orang yang berbuat kebajikan.”
(QS. Ali-lmran, ayat 134)

Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman :

وَلَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ ٱلْأُمُورِ ٤٣
“Tetapi orang yang bersabar dan memaafkan, sesungguhnya (perbuatan) yang demikian itu termasuk hal-hal yang diutamakan.”
(QS. Asy-Syura, ayat 43)
